All Maltese puppies placed on hold for adoption requires a $200 non-refundable deposit. This can be paid with cash, cashier's check, money order or PAY PAL. If you are using paypal there is a 3% charge that must be added to the balance at the time of transmission. The balance is due upon pick-up of the puppy. If shipped by air it will be an additional fee which will be determined by what the airline charges plus the cost of the crate. Shipping will depend on the weather. A 12 month health guarantee is given against GENETIC DEFECTS. This does not include normal problems that may arise in the puppy such as an ear infection, common parasites, colds etc. Common occuring problems are the responsibility of the new owner. The breeder binds herself to replacing the puppy with a like or better puppy of the first available puppy or refund all monies concerning the price of the puppy minus the $200 deposit. The genetic anomaly must be confirmed by no less than two certified vets.

All puppies come with AKC litter papers, three generation pedigree, at least two vet visits including two rounds of vaccines, a negative fecal and a certified Florida Health Certificate. In order to receive a certified FL Health Certidicate, all puppies must have a check-up indicating the puppy is in good health and free of parasites. Puppies do not leave here until at least 10 weeks of age possibly longer depending on how well they are eating, socializing etc. All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract unless other arrangements have been made.
